ABSTRACT
Electricity systems around the world are experiencing unprecedented rates of change, driven – at least in part – by a combination of three forces: electricity industry restructuring, growing environmental concern, and increasing internationalization. The result is that both opportunities and challenges are arising as efforts grow to ensure that electricity is provided in a sustainable manner.
