ABSTRACT

Some societal problems ask for radical solutions because of their persistency. Examples are problems in the field of climate change, energy supply and mobility. There are comparable problems in healthcare. Due to the ageing of the population, increasing costs and labour shortage our health system is endangered. With this the quality and accessibility of healthcare come into play. Besides that, clients as well as care professionals experience the health system as a maze of fragmentation, office windows and financial sections. This impedes innovation and asks for radical changes in our health system.
