ABSTRACT
All social processes are simultaneously unique and general by nature. Hence, the transition from a state socialist system to a capitalistic one always creates relations of production characteristic of capitalism, i.e., a prevalently commodity economy, which can only exist under the conditions of private ownership, and with a reserve army of wage-workers detached from the means of production.
