ABSTRACT
In today’s era of accountability, higher education institutions are increasingly called upon to justify their decisions. While issues of access, enrollment, and size are historic measures of institutional success, higher education has now shifted to a prioritization of student completion and job attainment (Bailey, 2016). Twenty years from now, a new focus may dominate the halls of America’s higher education system.
