ABSTRACT
Over the past decade, the Italian constitutional system has been impacted by considerable economic and financial crisis, associated with a deeper political one, mainly the result of a crisis of representation in Parliament. Many and varied in nature, the causes of this political crisis include a malfunctioning representation model now unable to express the different values and principles existing in a pluralistic society.
