ABSTRACT
Academi Wales (2017) is the National Centre for Leadership and Management excellence for public services in Wales. Established in September 2012 via the programme for government. Academi Wales seeks to build a future for Wales where leadership of our public services is driving improvement in the lives of people living in Wales. It does this through engagement with over nine hundred public, third and voluntary sector organisations and offers development opportunities in the fields of organisational development, leadership and management development. Individuals may engage with Academi Wales’ activities over short, medium or longitudinal periods of time focusing on both professional and personal development.
