ABSTRACT
It has been observed that organizations are often created and sustained by conscious and unconscious processes (Morgan, 2006). In the light of this observation, all organizations in Nigeria belong to the private or public sector depending on the structure of ownership and management. All the organizations owned and managed by the Nigerian government constitute the public sector, while all the organizations owned and managed by non-governmental individuals or groups automatically belong to the private sector, including the formal and informal economy.
