ABSTRACT
The Employment and Labour Ministers of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) convened in Jordan on 26 and 27 September 2016 at a third Ministerial Conference with the aim of developing genuine cooperation at the level of labour policy. 1 The Conference was hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and was co-chaired by the UfM co-presidency: Jordan’s Minister for Labour and the EU Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs, Skills and Labour Mobility with the presence of the Secretary General of the UfM.
