ABSTRACT

Every decision a sport manager makes contains some element of being an ethical decision. Sport organizations in increasing numbers are developing codes of ethics and codes of conduct for their employees. Sport managers also need to learn to recognize the ethical dilemmas they face and also how to craft an organized response to those dilemmas. Successful sport managers also realize that their sport organizations need to be good corporate citizens so they need to understand how corporate social responsibility should be woven into the fiber of their organizations.
