The magazine Bharati was founded by my baro-mama more than twenty years ago, and later sustained by Rabi-mama, who once wrote in its pages: Tell me, Bharati [Saraswati], why has thy vina gone mute? Why has thy muse ceased to resonate Through the air and space of Bharat?
