ABSTRACT
In this article, originally published in Recherches philosophiques at the end of 1937 and again in 1965 in paperback version, Sartre defends radical theses, surprising for the era, based on a methodological framework that is as direct as it is solid. Furthermore, he diverts the reader with the diversity of his sources of inspiration and his objectives. It is appropriate, therefore, to respect his argumentation and his intentions.
