Digital transformation refers to the changes associated with the application of digital technology in all aspects of human society. The digital transformation in a specific function or organization implies that digital usages enable new types of innovation and creativity in a particular domain, rather than simply enhance and support the traditional methods. Digital transformation is the use of advanced technologies in support of the management. Digital transformation is impacting all sectors and all functions (da Rosa and Almeida, 2017).
