ABSTRACT

The p resen t study was undertaken to investigate the usefulness of a tim e-sam pling method for study of the effect of various brain oper­ ations upon the behavior of psychotic patients. The procedure was designed to secu re m easures, before and after operation, of general activity and also of social behavior, that is, activity d irected toward o ther individuals o r serving as stim ulation to o ther individuals.
