ABSTRACT
A Correspondence which appeared in the Newspapers, between the Chairman of the Parochial Board of St. Nicholas and the Secretary of the Local Committee of the Central Fund for the relief of the Wives of absent Soldiers, and which, uninteresting as it was, our readers may not have entirely overlooked or forgot, has come to the issue of a report on the grounds of complaint.
