ABSTRACT

Three women, named Catharine Wheeler, Mary Hallahan, and Mary Bowling, the first two with two children each, and the last with one, the wives of soldiers who have gone out with the army to the East, and who are now in the destitute condition, applied to Mr. INGHAM. The first named woman, who had travelled on foot from Liverpool to London with her two little ones, was relieved by Mr. INGHAM on Thursday, and was directed to attend before him again.
