ABSTRACT
“Now there is only the law of the jungle. There is no law.” Orlando de Sola pulled out a very large gun and placed it on the table. Pointing to it, he said, “Today in El Salvador, this is the Constitution.” Then he pulled out two loaded clips and placed them beside the gun. “These” he added, “are the amendments.”
