In 1982 Janet Sayers called for "an adequate feminist account of the effect of biology on women's social situation ... a valid analysis of the relationship between biology and women's destiny, if only to counter the biologically phrased arguments of antifeminism" (Sayers, 1982, pp. 1-2). Sounds straightforward, no? Let's set down some biological facts about women's social situation and straighten those patriarchs out.
