ABSTRACT
There is a place for us now—a place for Korean psychoanalysis. On 8 January 2011, we opened the office for the Korean Association of Psychoanalysis (the integrated body of the Korean Psychoanalytic Study Group and the Korean Psychoanalytic Allied Centre of the IPA). For the past 30 years, members have made donations into a “psychoanalysis development fund”, and we now have the office! After two months of hard work of renovation, the place is beautiful. For the next 30 years, it will be the location for the training and education of Korean psychoanalysts and psychotherapists. The new office symbolizes the tangible presence of Korean psychoanalysis.
