ABSTRACT
Care in the 21st century is delivered by a diverse team, comprising unregistered and registered staff. This can include student nurses and midwives, providing opportunities to work and learn together with permanent staff. Chapter 2 explores how this social learning is achieved from the perspective of different learners in practice.
