The obsolescence of a type of development is a signal that we are entering a new environment, which sets problems to a meta-level of relations. The past thirty years attest to the depth of evolution of mentalities concerning development. The acute work crisis has been caused by the effects of new technologies (productivity and unemployment) and by a larger integration of everyone’s competencies: autonomy, maturity, self-confidence, investment in work, anticipation, communicability, trans-disciplinarity, synthetic vision 2 .
