ABSTRACT
HUMINT, the acronym for "human source intelligence," has two aspects. One Is the activity which is involved in the collection of information of foreign intelligence value by the use of human sources, whether overt or clandestine. 1 The other is a descriptor of the intelligence thus obtained. This chapter deals with the collection of that intelligence.
