ABSTRACT
The case study being presented concerns the strengthening of links between research and development activities and the production system. In particular it refers to the project of technology transfer, adaptation and development for the production of milk substitutes, executed within the framework of the Andean Technological Development Projects in the Area of Food, PADT-Food, under the co-ordination of the Junta of the Cartagena Agreement.
