China–EU Connectivity Platform (Juncker Plan) with the Belt and Road Initiative

Since the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative, the European Union as an integral whole and another 28 member states have not been specified as Belt and Road countries although the terminal of the Belt and Road is set as Europe. ¹
