ABSTRACT

Currently, there is no unified and universally accepted definition for the international infrastructure network. The meaning of infrastructure is broad. The World Development Report 1994 by the World Bank divided infrastructure into economic infrastructure and social infrastructure. The former refers to permanent engineering architecture, equipment and facilities and services they provide for commercial production and residents, including 3 categories: public utility, public engineering and another transportation department. To be more specific, it covers facilities for power, gas, telecommunications, environmental sanitation, systems for collecting and processing sewage and solid waste, dams, water conservancy, highways, railways, city transport, seaports, water transport and airports. Service generally refers to the commercial service industry, and facilities for education, R&D, culture and sports.
