ABSTRACT
The Belt and Road, which should be jointly built through consultation to meet the interests of all, aims to connect Asian, European and African countries as well as Latin American countries more closely in new forms by integrating the historical symbolism of the ancient Silk Road to provide China’s solutions and proposals to maintain an open world economic system.
