ABSTRACT
After the establishment of socialist public ownership of the means of production, a socialist country must set up a system of economic management suited to such ownership. We should not assume that the socialist system will automatically demonstrate its superiority once the means of production are placed under socialist ownership. A sound system of management speeds up the development of productive forces, and an unsound one hinders it.
