ABSTRACT
Improvements in the engineering, materials, and manufacturing of sports equipment have contributed to the enjoyment of sports all over the world. These improvements in sports equipment must be tailored to the rules of sport and the biomechanical factors of the users. The integration of rules, technology, and the biomechanical characteristics of players have been especially important in how changes in the tennis racket have affected the sport of tennis.
