ABSTRACT
This is a handbook largely written by and for social scientists. It aspires to initiate and resource new, multidisciplinary and global social science understandings, research and courses about the largely uncharted territory of anthropogenic (human-caused) climate change. Its presentation is academic, but it aims for an accessible style and seeks to avoid unexplained technical terms or a proliferation of acronyms.
