ABSTRACT
Sasha trained as an actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre.
SM: I was represented at the time but it had nothing to do with my agent – I read about it in PCR and went for an audition. It said it was a tour, an adaptation of a poem by T.S. Eliot. At the audition they explained that it was expenses only and they got me to read some poetry and then put it into a kind of physical something – to be honest, I don’t know what he wanted! But I basically went with it and it was probably one of the most surreal auditions because I remember at some point writhing about on the fl oor whilst the director said it was a passion project of his.
