ABSTRACT
Semple Brown Design, P.C. is a thirty person architecture and interior firm located in Denver, Colorado. The design priorities for the development of the 12,000 sf warehouse space, previously used as a local post office, were to redefine a pedestrian oriented street front; incorporate existing elements, such as the loading dock opening, into the design; as well as creating a ‘community’ working environment that infused creativity, inventiveness, and innovation.
