ABSTRACT
In 2007 Guernsey Harbours commissioned a review of Berths 4, 5 & 6 which included a structural condition survey of the facilities The report recommended that the existing rail-mounted cranes be replaced with two modern mobile, wheeled, harbour cranes and associated refurbishment and strengthening work to quay structures be carried out.
