ABSTRACT
Despite the effort to build systems in digital domain [1,2], analog circuits are still needed due to its low noise, high speed, wide bandwidth, and low power consumption [3–5]. However, tenability is always a problem for analog circuit design, especially over the wide temperature range. Tunable analog filtering is one of the challenges where tunable components, for example, tunable resistors and capacitors, are very hard to be integrated. Recently, tunable filter IC with integrated tunable active devices attracts attention owing to its lower cost, smaller size, and higher level of integration [6–12].
