ABSTRACT
Nowadays smartphones are equipped with many sensors including 3-axis accelerometer, temperature and relative humidity sensors, 3-axis tilt sensor and CMOS or CCD sensor matrix in a photo-camera. Connecting external sensors through e.g. USB port, can extend the range of measuring capabilities of a smartphone.
