ABSTRACT
The HoM team have worked with various housing projects in Bradford. The majority of young people accommodated in housing projects have come from broken homes and have been in and out of care. In total, there are four housing projects in Bradford into which we have had some input. Our work with these projects began through referrals from outside agencies, requesting our input with these young people. Colleagues in Family Planning had been doing sexual health sessions at one of the housing projects with female residents and requests were made for similar services for young men. However, Family Planning colleagues were using traditional methods of teaching and as a result there was a general lack of interest from the young people.
