ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces the concept of the electrical soliton oscillator. It begins with a brief description of the general topology and then discusses the difficulties with constructing a stable electrical soliton oscil-lator using standard techniques. The remaining portion of this chapter describes the solution for overcoming these challenges. Verification of these methods and the general topology will be presented in the succeeding chapters.
