ABSTRACT
The electromagnetic radio spectrum is a licensed resource, carefully managed by governments. Also, the accessible electromagnetic radio spectrum is a constrained natural resource and getting crowded day by day due to expansion in wireless devices and applications. It has been additionally found that the allocated spectrum is underutilized as a result of the static portion of the spectrum [1].
