With the development of the manufacturing industry, a large-scale, high precision and high speed measurement technique for measurement tasks is put forward in this paper. Conventional measuring methods, such as coordinate measuring machines and theodolites cannot meet current requirements. Based on this background, binocular vision measurement technology can be developed rapidly, and can complete the above mentioned measurement requirements well [1,2,3,4]. However, in the measurement of large-size complex surface parts, due to the large size of the part, it is necessary to perform local measurements several times, and it is necessary to carry out visualmeasurement network planning [5,6,7]. After completing the network planning, it is necessary to realise the measurement path planningbasedon themeasurement networkplanning results, and the stereoscopic vision planning of the whole 3D measurement is completed.
