The controllable load and energy storage devices are controlled to supplement the power while renewable energy generation is insufficient in smart building micro-grid. To improve the efficiency of the control system, this paper proposes a new active response control strategy for considering energy storage system and controllable load of smart building. The energy storage system of the smart building is constructed by two parts, including the small battery of home power supply system and a centralized energy storage system. The schedulable value of the building controllable load is determined by the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the prediction of the renewable power generation and building load in a time interval. Then, active response control strategy is proposed to coordinate control building controllable loads and building energy storage systems, which effectively improve the power quality of the distribution network. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in the experimental case.
