ABSTRACT
Sometimes you get lucky. And I have certainly been very lucky in my professional life. I became fascinated by Erdős Magic (a.k.a. The Probabilistic Method) as a graduate student. Indeed, my Ph. D. thesis, awarded in 1970, was entitled “Probabilistic Methods in Combinatorics.”
