ABSTRACT

Fungal Keratitis (FK) is a serious blinding eye disease. Delayed or inappropriate treatment may result in eye enucleation. The clinical treatment of FK is affected by various factors such as individual immune status, type of medication, medication frequency, compliance behavior, surgical technique of the surgeon, etc., leading to quite different treatment outcomes. A unified therapy method is hard to meet all the needs of the patients. Clinically, while diagnosing and treating FK, doctors often encounter problems that impose difficulties on them. How to properly solve these problems is very important to a treatment success.
