ABSTRACT
The road to strategic partnerships for the individual company in the construction industry in countries like Denmark may seem long, but that does not mean that you cannot plan and practice. To visualise how you, as a company, be it a building client or a business in the construction industry, can move from the typical way of working, we have created a maturity model. This maturity model was created by researchers at DTU based on literature studies and interviews with representatives of the participating companies in the societal partnership REBUS (Renovating Buildings Sustainably), which consists of housing companies and companies from the entire construction value chain, as well as knowledge institutions. The goal of the maturity model is to provide companies with a tool for analysing their own way of working and identifying the things they need to prepare for to participate in a strategic partnership.
