ABSTRACT
Assessing the wear performance of tractor hydraulic fluids is an expensive and time consuming process generally involving lengthy field service trials or full-scale tractor evaluations in the laboratory. These are not the most suitable or desirable methods when trying to develop lubricant products where many additve combinations must be tested.
