ABSTRACT
Almost everyone has been part of a failed project. Sometimes the projects fail technically because their systems are not correctly designed, the hardware malfunctions, or the software does not do what everyone hoped it would do. However, projects often fail not because of technical flaws, but because the people in the organization reject them.
