This study examined the organizational commitment, performance, and service quality in government education and training institutions 37 respondents were selected by a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression in SPSS 20 application. The result of this research are, first, employees’ response to organizational commitment variable, performance, and service quality are in good category. Second, the variables of commitment and performance of employees simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of service employees. Less than 50% of service quality is affected by commitment and employee performance variables and the rest is influenced by other variables not investigated in this study.
