ABSTRACT
The Global Open Knowledgebase (GOKb) is a project to build an open-data, community-managed knowledge base that describes academic publications as they appear in the supply chain. GOKb was designed and implemented by the Kuali Open Library Environment founding partners and Jisc Collections, and is maintained by the Open Library Environment. This entry describes the history of the project and the core functionality of the GOKb service.
